I see clients with a variety of needs and characteristics in the Reno/Sparks area. I currently have a range of clients from individuals, to couples, to families. As a therapist, I pride myself on meeting the diverse needs of all my clients. Some of these areas include: depression, anxiety, assertiveness training, and communication skills.

In addition, I specialize in services around the educational needs of our community. I have specifically worked with the gifted and talented community and aim to normalize some of these specific needs. Through counseling, I emphasize empowering the family to explore various options and assist in changes where needed within the process.

           COUPLES COUNSELING

​​​I am currently offering a different approach to couples therapy. The researched based model focuses on the attachment between the couple and stopping the dysfunctional cycles that often can be barriers to this attachment. 

I work with a wide range of clients ranging from children to adults.
